Pozole Rojo: Traditional stew made from hominy, topped with our pork carnitas garnished with watermelon radish, red onions, fresh jalapeno, avocado, micro cilantro and lime.

Pescado a la Veracruzana: Seared salmon cooked with a delicious blend of old and new world ingredients, caper, olives, herbs, garlic, tomatoes and bell peppers.
